Well, Sterling turned TWO last month!

We had a John Deere party for him. T-shirts for the family and everyone got him nothing but JD stuff. The cake was green and yellow with a barn and tractor. He had a good time! We all did.

I can't believe it. I've known the little guy for over two years. I'm beginning to understand what all those "Old" people used to talk about, time flying...where have all the years gone...
He'll be in school too soon.
He's talking up a storm. He can count up to ten very reliably, and he's started to go to twenty! He knows his colors and his ABC puzzle. The ABCs are kind of neat. He knows what the object are under the letters and some of the sounds. Yesterday, we were spelling and writing words. I would get the letter and spell CAT or DOG and write them on his Magnetic Erase Board. Then I would draw the picture and he would place the wooden letters on the written ones! Pretty Cool! I was particulary impressed by his ablity to recognize my drawings.
